Youth Archaeology Workshop

For ages 11 and up.* Discover the wonders of archaeology with local archaeologist, Dr. Jeremy Nienow! Students will learn how to clean and catalog artifacts and more as Dr. Nienow guides the class through two fun and exciting archaeology activities

 Materials are provided. Plan to arrive a little early so that you can visit the Scott County Historical Society’s exhibits, too.

*Students under age 16 must attend with an adult. Adult may observe class or visit museum.
