Did you know that April 3, 2024 is National Walking Day? We are celebrating with our fifth annual Walking on Sunshine 1M 5K 10K 13.1 26.2! We encourage you to get out and WALK! You’ll get a beautiful medal made of CLEAR ACRYLIC, with the design sublimated onto it! Get out there and get walking!
Plus, at least 15% of every entry will be donated to the American Heart Association, who created National Walking Day. Right now they are dedicating new resources to fight COVID-19 while helping keep patients informed and safe.
What: This is a 1M, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2 virtual run (or walk) to celebrate WALKING DAY! You choose which distance you want to complete!
When: Complete your race any time in April 2024!
*Medals and bibs will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up.
Where: You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us).
Why: Because this is our way of celebrating WALKING!
Cost: The price is $20 and that includes your medal, bib and at least 15% of every entry will be donated to American Heart Association. *We are in no way affiliated with this charity, we like to choose a different charity for each of our races and are happy to raise funds for them.
