The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation is a non-profit membership organization that produces two large festivals a year – Saint Paul Winter Carnival and Cinco de Mayo West Side Saint Paul.  We are a non-profit membership organization and we rely on sponsors, fundraisers, donations and our members to support our year-round activities.

Our Mission

To foster a sense of community, pride, belonging and connectedness by celebrating Saint Paul’s unique history and emerging heritage through fun and educational experiences.  The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation produces two festivals year, Saint Paul Winter Carnival and Cinco de Mayo West Side Saint Paul.

250,000 visitors a year

The Saint Paul Winter Carnival attracts over 250,000 visitors a year and has an approximately $3.5 – $5 million dollar economic impact to the city of St. Paul and the State of Minnesota.
