Join us for our Prenatal to Postpartum Support Circle (formerly Out of the Blue Circle) on 2nd and 4th Mondays from 12-1pm. This circle serves expecting and postpartum mothers as they prepare for and adjust to parenthood. Participants may explore the emotional challenges of this transition as well as the many adjustments in household and relationship dynamics.

Whether you are going through stress, adjustment to parenting, Baby Blues, pregnancy or postpartum depression or anxiety, this Circle offers a supportive place to connect with other moms who are also managing the same issues. Babies & toddlers are welcome to come and play! This group is non-clinical in nature. We will offer peer support and cannot give professional advice, diagnose, prescribe, or in any way treat Postpartum Mood Disorders.

Circles are supportive groups facilitated by Parenting Village professionals with expertise in family relationships and infant/child development. These groups offer parents the opportunity to share their joys and challenges with one another in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. In Circles, parents make meaningful connections, learn and grow together, and receive the support that they need to offer the best of themselves to their children.
