Drop-in between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30, to learn more about corn at the Farm at the Arb. Who doesn’t like popcorn? Popcorn Day will immerse guests in our very own popcorn field! Learn about the emerging market and the producers who are growing Minnesota popcorn. Visitors can also catch the “Now Playing: Nate on the Farm” blog series and enjoy popcorn tasting in the Myers Education Center kitchen sponsored by Minnesota Corn. Rootstock pop-up will offer food for purchase in the Summer Kitchen. Please reserve gate admission on the website.
