We will start with a discussion of the Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) led by Attorney Berliner and answer concerns and questions relating to your child’s progress up to this point in the school year:
• What to do if your child is struggling with academics and/or behavioral issues and the school is not responding to your child’s needs.
• Assessing strengths and weaknesses, steps in the evaluation process, school district vs. private evaluations.
• The process of obtaining an IEE
• Navigating next steps
