The Bloomington Center for the Arts presents the Discover Dance Series - September 28, 2024.
Experience a day of dance workshops follwed by a performance from multiple professional dance companies representing a wide range of styles aimed for an all-ages audience to discover the joy and power of dance!
Featuring educational offerings and performances by Concerto Dance (Jazz), Continental Ballet Company (Ballet) and Threads Dance Project (Modern).
Classes are offered for both Youth (Ages 10-14) and Adults (Ages 15 and up) with sessions in jazz, ballet, modern, & hip hop.
Saturday Sept. 28th from 12:30 - 5:30 P.M. - Free with a ticket to the performance or $10
Participates can choose up to 2 class options in an open level format or masterclasses geared for more experienced dancers. Classes are open to youth and adults. Register online with the ticket link or drop-in registration welcome day of class. All participants will need to sign a waiver, please note youth will need a guardian signture.
Performance featuring work by Concerto Dance, Continental Ballet Company and Threads Dance Project for an all-ages audience.
