Relax your mind, body and spirit while embracing the start of the fall season at the Autumn Yoga Retreat. We will start the day with a light breakfast at the Learning Shelter near the Red Barn at the Farm. Followed by three different class rotations with a break for lunch. And the retreat will close with a blissful yoga nidra session. More details on the website - plan now!
