The 17th Minnesota Hope & Hearts Run/Walk event includes a 5k Run, 1 mile walk, kids fun dash, live music, food, family activities, HeART Work crafts, and an awards and commemoration ceremony. Hope & Hearts is a memorial event as well as a fundraiser for Missing GRACE Foundation. Families who have experienced a pregnancy loss, infant loss or child loss, participate in this event to honor the memory of their precious babies and help raise awareness by sharing the story of their baby/child in heaven on their Team Page. The event is open to anyone!
With your help, this annual fundraiser raises the funds needed for Missing GRACE to provide free support and resources for bereaved, infertile, and adoptive families in Minnesota and across the nation!!
The event will be held at the Maple Grove Town Green Plaza and Bandshell from 12pm to 4pm. The event will stream live and anyone can join virtually as well.
