Yoga in the Gardens at the Arb

Join us for an hour of outdoor yoga at the Arboretum in the evening. It's a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the surrounding gardens.

Join a spring session of our popular series, including a variety of wellness practices in 2023. This session is Vitality Vinyasa Flow in the Sensory Garden (outdoors) with Nancee Nystrom of onelove.yoga. Be sure to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. Be comfortable. Please pre-register online, $5/members and $20/Non - Members.
